He was the one who established first settlement in Kathmandu. Buddhist and Hindu Religion is often intertwined here. Typically, the land of Newars, the medieval architecture in Kathmandu is unmatched by anywhere else in Nepal. Wander through narrow streets, do shopping of incredible handicraft items like wooden masks and antiques, visit Nepal’s largest Bouddhanath Stupa and witness the Lama prayer, visit Pashupatinath Temple which is the home of guardian god of Nepal. Witness Hindu crematorium in the bank of nearby Bagmati River. Visit two thousand years old Swayambhunath Stupa.
